IRC
Clients
There is a lot of IRC clients out there... for beginners we suggest trying FmIRC, which is a "ready-to-go" version of mIRC. That is, eM has been a darling and made a lot of "making-mIRC-easy-to-connect". Just for the fun of it i am going to make a list with links where you can download different types of clients.
- FmIRC v4. - This is the main verison of FmIRC. Use this if you do not know how to configure mIRC.
- FmIRC v4.1-TVS - This is a version of FmIRC that is made for people at Tyrifjord Videregående Skole (do NOT use this if you do not live at TVS)
- mIRC - If you want the newest verison. Clean of scripts and other tweaks.
- XChat - An IRC client for both Linux and Windows.
If you feel that there is a client that should be on the list, feel free to add it!
Bots
A Bot is a client that is not used for talking purposes by humans, or other living beeings. They do not (usually) talk for pleasure, but they do inform of different things. There are usually scripts or snippets for programming on them to either controll a channel, or for peoples amusement. Our bots are called X and Z. Svish has buildt his own IRC bot in C Sharp. In the beginning X was eM's little playtoy, where he made a lot of nice scripts, and Standy made himself a Z bot, where he could put his scripts. After some years of programming, great ideas and incredible codeing, we changed this. We now work together, with both bots, in unity! HEY!

This is the bot that cointains all sorts of "practical", and "useful" scrips.
Functions
- Logging, and runs mIRCstats that puts the logs out on our web page, in a very neat way [Link]
- Topic Script, lists the previous topics if you are interested in knowing what was set before.
- Bible script, that posts a sitations from the bible at 19:00 everyday.
- Dictionary
- Help script
- Seen script
- remind script
- SMS script (not fully functional yet..)

Z
This is our "Play" bot. It contains a lot of games, and other fun stuff. The whole principle is that you write, and the more you write, the more "Valuta" you earn. Our valuta is called IK. After you have earned yourself madly rich you can spend you money trying to get even more on some of our games.
Functions
- !Give - Gives away IK from your account to another.
- !IK - Checks and tells you how much IK you have on your account.
- !IK H - This is a "high list", the people with the most IK will appear here, in cronological order.
- !IK Z - Shows how much money is out on the open market, and how much the bank owns. It also shows if there is errors in the economy.
- !IK Help - For now, a VERY brief view of games etc.
- eSreg - Script for verifying the rights of users
Games
Here are the games that you will loose all your IK on:
- !memory - Write !memory, again, and again. If the game is forgotten, the winner gets the pot.
- !Lotto THIS IS STILL A BETA - Lotto, almost like normal lotto, put money on three numbers, win or loose =)
- MBOB - A game that gives you a math question. Answer and you will be rewarded.
- BOB - A game that gives you a set of characters. Write them as fast as possible and be rewarded.
- Bible - A game that gives you a bible text an three choices, choose right, win an amout, calculated by how quick you were to answer.
- !Coin - Flips a coin, you win, get half of what you own. Loose, loose half of what you own.
- !Supercoin - Flips a coin, you win, get double of what you own, Loose, loose all of your IK.
- !Bet - Players put IK into a pot, the winner takes all, pluss half of pot, added by bank. Bank also plays.
- !Roulette - Put IK on a number between 1-6, you loose, no money for you, you win, get 4 times what you put on that number.
- !Bingo - To numbers roll, 1-400, if they are the same, you win all the money in the pott, if not, your money + 1 IK for each time you played ends up in the pott.
- !Lodd - buy lottery tickets. 1/4 chance to win. Winners is chosen when 100 Tickets is bought.
- !Stein, !Saks, !Papir - Rock, scissor and paper. You loose, -1 IK. You win, +1 IK, Draw, no IK change.
